1) Draw a rectangle that will define the conditional proportions and boundaries of the chosen drawing.
2) From the middle of the rectangle, draw one vertical and one horizontal line equally dividing the shape.
3) Draw another horizontal line equally dividing the upper half of the rectangle. Similarly, draw a horizontal line equally dividing the bottom half of the rectangle.
4) Draw a vertical line equally dividing the left half of the rectangle. Similarly, draw a vertical line equally dividing the right half of the rectangle.

Mark off the width and height of the picture, and the main proportions of the Converse shoe.

Step 2

Outline the general shape. Add guidelines for the sole.

Step 3

Draw the sides of the sole. Draw the upper part of the Converse shoe in detail.

Step 4

Finish with the general shape. Define the place for the tongue.

Step 5

Outline the shoe rings. Draw carefully the shapes of the toe box and tongue.

Step 6

Add guidelines for the laces. Add details to the shapes of the boot rings, sole, and back of the shoe

Step 7

Draw the laces. Work on the whole figure, adding more details.

Step 8

Contour, trying to vary the thickness and darkness of the line. Draw the details carefully and add the ground. Erase all the guidelines.
